By using Zombie AI Video (the "Service", at zombieaivideo.app) you agree to this policy.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.

2. Your Uploads, in Short

Photos and other files you upload are used only to render the videos you ask for and to run automated safety checks. They are sent to our AI providers for those purposes and nothing else.

We do not use your uploads to train our own models, and we do not sell them.

Only upload photos of yourself, your pet, or adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

You can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time by opening a support ticket in your account.

3. Information We Collect

Account information. Your email address and display name, and, if you sign in with Google, the name, email, and avatar Google shares with us. Passwords for email accounts are stored as hashes. We never see them in plain text.

Content you provide and create. The two photos you upload, the version you pick (partner, family or friend, or pet), the quality (480p or 720p) and format (16:9 or 9:16) you choose, your consent confirmation, and the videos rendered for you.

Payment information is handled by Stripe. We receive transaction records (such as the product, amount, and time) but we never store your card number.

Technical data. Server logs (IP address, timestamps, and request metadata), device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. If a link you followed includes utm_source, we store that source so it still applies on later visits.

Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics and Plausible to understand aggregate usage. Those tools may set their own cookies.

4. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service. Your uploaded photos, together with our built-in shot list, are sent to third-party AI video providers through Kie (kie.ai) solely to render the videos you request.
• To keep the Service safe. Uploads and finished videos may be checked by automated safety filters before a video is delivered. A job that is refused or fails is not charged.
• To store and serve your files through cloud object storage (Cloudflare R2) when storage is enabled.
• To process payments, track your credit balance, and deliver videos.
• To maintain security: preventing abuse, enforcing the content rules in our Terms, and debugging failed renders.
• To run the business, including knowing which campaign source a paid order came from.
• To send service emails about your account, such as sign-in and payment notices, through Resend.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing reminder sequences.

5. How Information Is Shared

Only with parties needed to run the Service:

• AI video providers and Kie, which receive the photos and shot list for a video you request.
• Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and our database host).
• Stripe, for payments.
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics and Plausible) when those tools are turned on.
• Resend, for service email.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the Service, its users, or people shown in content.

6. Retention and Deletion

Your photos and videos are kept so you can view and download them, until you ask us to delete them or you delete your account. Residual copies leave backups on a normal rotation cycle.

To delete photos, videos, or your whole account, open a support ticket and we will do so within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.

Transaction history is retained for accounting and abuse prevention. Purchased credits last 365 days from purchase. Visit and account records tied to you are deleted together with your account when you ask us to delete it.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production systems and stored files is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can view and download your videos in your account, and edit account details in settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Exercise them by opening a support ticket.

If someone uploaded your photo without permission, contact us through a support ticket and we will remove it.

You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or extensions.

9. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed. If you believe a child has provided data, or a photo of a minor was uploaded, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Processing

We and our providers may process data in various countries, including where Kie, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, and Resend operate. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
