Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zombie AI Video (the "Service", at zombieaivideo.app), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These terms govern access to the Service. The Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of this agreement.

2. What the Service Is

You upload two photos: one of the person who holds the gun and one of the person or pet who turns. An AI video model uses them as reference images, together with our built-in four-shot story, to render a new 15-second zombie video with sound. The Service generates new footage. It does not swap faces onto existing videos. Before each render you choose the quality and format. Quality is 480p or 720p. Format is 16:9 or 9:16. Rendering is performed by third-party AI providers accessed through Kie (kie.ai). Files are stored in cloud object storage when storage is enabled.

Automated safety checks may review the uploads and the finished video. A job that is refused, errors, or is not delivered is not charged, and any credits already taken are returned. A video that finishes but that you do not like is not a failed render.

We may add, change, or remove features, scenes, and providers at any time. Where a change materially reduces the Service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with email, and with Google when that option is enabled. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

One person may not operate multiple accounts to claim a free credit grant more than once. We may block such attempts and close those accounts.

4. Photos and Likeness

This section matters most. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• the photo shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their likeness in this way;
• you will not upload photos of anyone under 18;
• you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;
• the resulting video will not be used to create or spread content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, or defamatory, or that is intended to deceive, for example by passing the video off as real footage of a real person saying or doing things they never did.

You are responsible for how you share the videos you create. We may refuse to render, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits already used on a completed video.

5. Credits and Payment

The Service is paid for with credits, bought in one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no monthly or yearly plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and offers may change. The price shown at checkout applies.

What a video costs. 480p costs 100 credits. 720p costs 200 credits. 16:9 and 9:16 cost the same. The credit cost is determined by quality before you start. Credit costs may change. The cost shown before you render applies.

Credit packs (one-time):

• Single: 100 credits, $9.90. Enough for one 480p video. Not enough for a 720p video.
• 4 videos: 400 credits, $29.
• 10 videos: 1,000 credits, $59.

Pack credits last 365 days from purchase. Expired credits are not refunded. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.

Free grant (where offered). Some new accounts may receive a one-time grant of 100 credits, enough for one 480p video. It is not offered to everyone, and it is not offered when your first visit or signup source is utm_source=chatgpt. The grant may change or end at any time.

Failed renders are never charged. If a render errors, is refused by a safety filter, or is not delivered, any prepaid credits return to your balance automatically. A render that completes but that you do not like is not a failure.

6. Acceptable Use

In addition to Section 4, you agree not to use the Service to:

• create sexual content, or any content sexualizing a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights of any party;
• create content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that is harassment, hate, or fraud;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its providers, or circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or free-grant limits.

7. Your Content and Generated Videos

Your uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service, including sending them to AI providers to render your videos. We do not use them to train our own models.

Generated videos are AI-generated. Subject to these Terms and to third-party rights (including the rights of people depicted), you may use the videos you successfully generate for personal and commercial purposes.

AI models can produce similar outputs for different users. We do not guarantee uniqueness. You are responsible for making sure your use does not infringe third-party rights.

You can request deletion of your photos and videos at any time via a support ticket.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rendering speed, or that any given model or provider remains offered.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via a support ticket. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse a free grant, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service, other users, or people depicted in content. Sections 4, 6, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page (October 12, 2026) is the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
