Failed renders return their credits automatically, and an unused credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. How refunds work.

Failed videos are refunded automatically
If a video fails to generate, or is not delivered, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Credit packs
You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits. Open a support ticket while signed in with the email you used to sign up, or email support@zombieaivideo.app from that address.
Used credits
Credits used for a video that generated successfully are not refundable, because the video generation cost has already been incurred. Results are AI-generated and can vary with the photos you upload.
Expired credits
Credits expire 365 days after purchase. Expired credits are not refunded.
